You represent that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent and that your use complies with applicable laws.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- Provide accurate and current information during registration.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt service, or infringe on others’ rights.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse beyond documented APIs.
- No uploading of malware, illegal content, or infringing materials.
- No harassment, hate speech, or behavior that violates others’ rights.
- Respect intellectual property and privacy of instructors and learners.
Payments
Fees are displayed before purchase. Taxes may apply based on your location and local regulations.
- Payment methods: major credit/debit cards and other locally supported methods.
- For subscriptions, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
- Invoices and receipts are provided electronically upon successful payment.
- Failed payments: we may retry and restrict access until resolved.
- Chargebacks may result in account suspension; contact support first.
- Discounts and promotions are time-limited and non-transferable.
Refunds
Self-paced courses: full refund within 7 days if you’re not satisfied. Live cohorts: see specific cohort policy.
- Live cohorts: refunds available up to 72 hours before the first live session unless otherwise specified.
- Partial refunds for bundled purchases are not available unless required by law.
- Abuse of refund policy (e.g., repeated refunds) may limit future eligibility.
Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, slides, and materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Personal, non-transferable license for enrolled learners.
- No redistribution, recording, or resale without written permission.
- Trademarks and logos may not be used without consent.
Privacy
We collect and use personal data as described in our privacy practices. You can manage essential preferences in the cookie panel.
- We use essential cookies for authentication and session integrity.
- We minimize data collection and honor applicable rights requests.
Compliance & Export
You represent that you are not subject to sanctions and will not use the services in prohibited jurisdictions.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to our platform, with notice where practicable.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the services does not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amounts paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, contact us to attempt informal resolution within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by binding arbitration where permitted by law, on an individual basis, with no class actions.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms. We will post changes with a new “Last updated” date and, where material, provide reasonable notice.
